Hallo zusammen
das ist kein neues Projekt, sondern gehört zu einem Ufo, an dem ich schon länger sitze. Mal sehen, ob's so wird, wie ich mir das denke.
Vorerst werde ich nichts mehr von mir hören lassen, denn ich muß Wäsche waschen und Tasche packen. Nein, ich fahre leider nicht in Urlaub, sondern muß für einige Tage (hoffentlich nur) ins Krankenhaus. Da werde ich wohl eher lesen, als nähen *g* Dafür darf der Arzt ein wenig an mir sticheln ;o).

Hi there,

this is not a new project, but belongs to an UFO I am with already for a while.
We' ll see what happens next with it.
I will not be posting for a while, because I have to do some loundry and pack my suitcase. No, unfortunatly I am not going on vacation but for a few days (hopefuly) into the hospital. There I will probably read instet of sewing. But the doctors may have a few stiches on me ;o)

Ich wollte euch nur mal zwischendurch "etwas Fertiges" zeigen...
Das ist ein Geschenk, was ich einer katzenliebenden Freundin gemacht hatte.
(Das Foto ist noch in "digitalkamera-freier Zeit" entstanden
und das ist auch das Foto, was ich als mein "Logo" benutze.)

In between I wanted to show you "something finished". This was a gift I made for my friend, who loves cats. (The pic was taken still in digital-camera- free aera and it is the pic I use as my "image".)

Frosty Flake # 6

Hier ist # 6. Diesmal ist es mir ein wenig schwer gefallen, das Stickmuster ganz symetrisch hin zu bekommen. Ich war wohl etwas müde *g*

Here is # 6. This time I had difficulties to get the stiching pattern totaly symetric.
I guess I was a little tired *g*

die ersten beiden NYB

Dieses Wochenende habe ich (leider nur) die ersten beiden NYBs geschafft.
Die Rundungen im Muster nähe ich immer per Hand, weil ich mich nicht traue, sie mit der NäMa zu nähen. Deshalb dauert es eben länger.
Frosty Flake # 6 mußte deshalb warten.

This weekend I (only) got the first two NYBs done.
The round parts I allways do by hand because I don`t dare to sew them with the maschine. So it takes a little longer.
So Frosty Flake # 6 had to wait.

Neu planen

Hier seht ihr die Stoffe für meine kommende Näharbeit.
Ich hab ein paar Stoffe gekauft, der Rest ist aus meinem Fundus.
Dieser Quilt wird ein Geschenk sein. Für wen, wird nicht verraten.
Ich habe noch einige NYB Ausdrucke, die ich hier verwenden will.

It will be a gift but I cannot tell yet for whom.

Hier meine 4. frostige Flocke.
Diesmal finde ich, im Nachhinein,die Hintergrund-Stoffauswahl nicht ganz so gelungen.
Die kleinen weißen "Frensh Knots" gehen leider im Stoffmuster ein wenig unter.

After I finished,this time I am not totaly pleased with the choice of the background fabric. The little "Frensh Knots" are getting a little lost in the fabrics pattern.
